The blog is back!

I am excited to bring the blog back, but just like me it will be improved and better than before!  I plan to post my thoughts, information on the topics including weight loss, fitness and wellness, recipes, exercise ideas and more.  This blog will help me on my own journey to keep my weight lost off and to find overall wellness, and hopefully it will help you on your wellness journey as well.
